Semiconductor support

Mesh 2.1 supports Diodes and the NPN transistor.

Semiconductor devices in Mesh 2.1 are automatically modelled into a network of current

dependant device(s). The diode is modelled into a DC power source(-0.7v) with an internal

resistance of 0.025/I

The NPN BJT is modeled using a derivation of the Hybrid Pi model designed by Dr.

Liam mc Daid of the Univercity of Ulster. This is automatically expanded during the linkup phase,

adding resistances on the collector to Hoe and resistances on the base to Hie.
