I am currently a PhD student in the economics department at Yale. I will be an IES Fellow at Princeton in 2017-18 and a Postdoctoral Fellow at SIEPR in 2018-19 before joining the Stanford economics department as an Assistant Professor.

My research is at the intersection of development and trade, and focuses on how contracting problems shape transactions and firms in developing countries. In my job market paper, I estimate the size and welfare effects of search and contracting problems faced by Nigerian importers.
