I have founded PEER, a non-for-profit organization dedicated to bringing quality education to students in rural China. 

With a diverse group of passionate Chinese volunteers dedicated to rural education selected from leading universities around the world— including Harvard and Peking University—PEER organizes innovative summer programs to rural high school students that supplement their education with values in independence, creativity, teamwork and critical thinking abilities. 

We have served for over 12 schools, 32 summer camps, 5 winter camps, and benefited over 10,000 rural high school students and 1800 volunteers .
