Many websites are advertising 7mm spikes and that they are the same as 1/4".  They are

not, and spikes of those length will not be allowed. One brand that has specifically been brought up

are the NIKE SUPERFLY ELITE shoes. These shoes have fixed spikes at 7mm. Caution that these will not be accepted
