My scientific interest is focused on experimental and theoretical research in solid state physics with emphasis on ferroic ordered materials, multiferroics, spintronics and materials for energy storage or production.
I have extensive expertise in nano-thin films fabrication, optical properties of solids, design of advanced sensors and transducers, computer interfacing, advanced metrologies and instrumentation design.
I am also trained or experienced in a wide range of measurement techniques such as: Mossbauer spectroscopy, TEM, SPM, IR spectroscopy, VSM, SQUID, MOKE, XRD, microwave magnetic measurements and metrologies for piezo / ferro-electrics characterization.
