Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book a session, that time is set aside and unavailable to other clients. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. Same day cancellations and no-shows will incur the full session fee.
Sessions purchased as part of a package are subject to the same cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a deduction of one session from the package. Same day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of one full session from the package.
