About

I am a research scientist at Google DeepMind in Zürich. Prior to that I worked on data-driven drug discovery at BenevolentAI and on automatic trading execution using reinforcement learning at J.P. Morgan. My academic background is in Machine Learning and Applied Statistics. After obtaining a Master's in Mathematics at ETH Zürich, I completed my PhD at the University of Basel in the Biomedical Data Analysis Group under the supervision of Volker Roth.
