会員資格

補習校は、全ての参加・支援希望者に対し、入会の資格を与えることを基本とします。

Memberships
Membership in The Association of Metro Edmonton Japanese Community School (MEJCS) is open to anyone who is willing to participate and contribute to the betterment of the school. 

新規会員

新規会員受け入れは、授業進行の妨げとならないよう４月始業日と９月始業日の２回のみとします。
ただし、他の補習校や日本からの転入生に対して例外を認める場合があり、この場合は校長による語学力評価・推薦を基に役員会が入学を承認します。年度途中の編入につきましては、mejcs@live.caまでお問合せください。

New Members
MEJCS accepts new members to the school at the beginning of April or the beginning of September to limit disruptions to students and teachers. Exceptions may be granted to students transferring from another formal Japanese language school and have been recommended by the MEJCS principal, following a student evaluation. The board will make the final determination. Please direct any inquiries to mejcs@live.ca.

申請方法（新規・継続全会員）

• 1. 受付開始日より、オンライン申請 Online Application Form にて登録申請。

  2. 上記申請がお済みの方に後日（締め切り日以降）に、書類受付日についてご案内いたします。

  3. ​受付日に記入、署名済みの会員契約同意書、納金明細書、VOID チェック(オンラインバンキングのVOID CHEQUEも可）ををご提出ください。

＊ 会員規約は申請前に必ずご一読ください。
＊ 締め切り日以降に入会申し込みをされた場合には遅延料が加算されます。
＊ 2022年度より対面授業を再開しております。

Application Procedure (New & Returning Members)

1. Please register using the Online Application Form.

2. After the deadline, applicants will be notified of the document submission date. 

3. On that date, please submit the signed Membership Agreement, Payment Statement, and a VOID cheque (online banking VOID cheque accepted).

・Please read the Membership Policy before applying.
・Late applications will incur a late fee.
・In-person classes have resumed since 2022.
