Marie Sklodowska-Curie Early Stage Researcher
PhD students funded within Marie Sklodowska-Curie programmes have the title of Early Stage Researcher (ESR) and will be employees of Queen’s University Belfast while completing their doctoral study. QUB is a member of Russell Group comprised of 24 leading UK research universities such as Cambridge, Oxford and Imperial.
Salary: The CITI-GENS programme offers a generous remuneration package.
Eligibility:
· At the time of recruitment (July 10, 2020), in the first four years of their research careers and must not yet have been awarded a doctoral degree. · Researchers can be of any nationality. However, they ‘shall not have resided in the UK for more than 12 months in the 3 years
immediately prior to the reference date (July 10, 2020).
· The minimum requirement for eligibility for consideration will be equivalent of a UK 2.1 Hons degree/equivalent OR Masters completion. Outstanding candidates may be eligible for entry on completion of an undergraduate degree.
