Megan Park Home Owners Association represents 79 lots in the Megan Park development located in Clackamas, Oregon south of 132nd and Sunnyside Road.
The Association has minimal annual association dues sufficient to maintain "common areas" within the development. There are formal CC&R's for lot owners as well as By Laws that provide guidance to a 5-member Executive Board.
