Select the below attached Registration Form to sign up via a printed copy!

Registration forms and payment can be:

1) NEW!!!! Online Registration & Payment Option (note: small online processing fee is added ~$3/reg)

2) Dropped off at the High School Office during summer office hours,

3) Mailed in, Attn: "MD Cheer" at PO Box 188 McCall, ID 83638, or

4) Brought to the first day of camp.

(Reminder that submitting your registration early will improve your chances of getting your proper t-shirt size).
