Changelist for Version 1.2

Version 1.2 of Simple DHCP Query was released on 30 November 2014.

When non-unique title for a record to be saved was entered, then immediately after the error message the dialog for entering another name will reappear

However, in the new preferences screen you can switch off the check for unique titles.

When the app is started for the first time then an example record is added to the database

You can delete this example record if you want.

When sharing single record then now also date+time is included in text

Activity with list of records now displays sorting order as subtitle in separate row below title

Preferences

Preferences screen can be opened by clicking on new button on the main screen. This screen contains also the version information (the button "About" of the help activity was removed).

Prevent non-unique records

A record is considered as non-unique when its actual content (i.e. the different IP addresses and the network mask, but NOT the title, the timestamp and the timezone) is already stored in the database. By default the app will prevent saving such a record, but you can disable this in the preferences screen.
