Marlene Malan

I am passionate about Mathematics. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than assisting a child to reach his/her full potential in Mathematics. I do not only cater for the child who struggles in Mathematics, but also for the stronger learners who likes to be exposed to challenging Mathematics.

During my career I taught at Master Maths (Lyttleton Manor), John Vorster Technical High School (Pretoria), Overkruin High School (Pretoria) and Jan van Riebeeck High School (Cape Town). I also taught at Melkbosstrand Private School for 7 years.

I hold a B. Sc. in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, a B. Sc. Hons (in Applied Mathematics) and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education.

I love working with teenagers, am a mother of a two and married to Danie Malan, principal at Strand High School. I love animals (especially dogs) and being in nature. You are most welcome to come and pay me visit! I would love to meet you.
