NSFES II (An unpublished system)

Hello Everybody,

This is a unpublished system that I designed in 2003. It is called the "Non-structural Fuzzy Evaluation System II".

There is no journal paper working on this system. Research students may download and work it out on different areas but purely on academic research and teaching purposes..

This system can be used for any market research, decision research and appraisal study. 

There are 2 parts of the system: The part I consists of step 1 to 3 which is equal to NSFES I system. The purpose of the system is to define the evaluation factors and sub factors.

The user need to fill in the logical indicator form which help to find out the weight of each factor and sub-factor.

The part II contains step 4 and 5. Users should design a questionnaire to send out to another target group to give feedback rating of the focus product to be evaluated.

The focus group can select rating from "excellent" to "totally failed". Having collected the feedback rating, the percentage of the results on each rating are calculated and entered in step 4.

A fuzzy relation analysis is then processed in the excel system. 

After the, the overall evaluation result are shown in step 5.

The attached file has already contained an example of an evaluation result of a construction project. All calculated formulas are opened. Please enjoy!
