If you (1) miss a McConnell Center event or (2) RSVP for an event and then CANCEL less than one week prior to the event, you must submit this form as soon as possible. The Center will review your form and determine whether the request is excused.

If you miss a Scholar Meeting, you must submit an absence request to the Council Secretary. The Council will consider whether the request is excused.
