I am a senior economist at the IMF's Western Hemisphere Department. Before joining WHD, I was an economist at the Research Department and a researcher at Banco de la República. My fields of interest include industrial organization, international economics and applied microeconomics. I hold a Ph. D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
