2024 STEM&M Application Deadlines

Application Window Feb 5th - March 1st 3:30pm

Part 1 - ONLINE APPLICATION

Please complete a short online application at www.mazamastemm.com ( Link Below) This provides the selection committee with a digital copy of student information. Computers are available in the MHS Library if students need access to the internet to complete the application.

Part 2 - TRANSCRIPTS AND BEHAVIORAL STANDING

Obtain an unofficial transcript from the Mazama Registrar or your schools Registrar. Submit transcripts to room 22. You must have a minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA to apply. Students should be in good standing for behavior as a student and in the community.

Part 3 - TEACHER RECOMMENDATIONS

Download a copy of the teacher recommendations instructions form at www.mazamastemm.com ( Link Below) or pick one up outside Room 22. Give this form to 3 teachers ( from MHS or a previous school). Teachers will complete the form and return it directly to Mrs. Nickerson. For Open Enrollment Applications please submit recommendations in a sealed envelope.

Part 4 - APPLICATION ESSAY.

Applicants are required to write a short essay. The instructions for the essay topic are found on www.mazamastemm.com ( Link Below) or you can pick up a copy outside of Room 22.

All applications will be reviewed within three weeks after due date.

Turn in ALL paperwork to Mrs. Nickerson in room 22 at Mazama.
