FAWM stands for February Album Writing Month. 14 songs in 28 days.
February Album Writing Month is an annual kick in the pants.
FAWM forges a collaborative online community where musicians hold each other accountable to write
14 original pieces of music during the 28 days of February.

A musician is selected by The Acoustic Guitar Project and is provided an acoustic guitar and a handheld recorder.
That musician has one week to record an original song using only the equipment provided. No editing is allowed.
When the musician is finished, they sign the guitar and pass it on to the next musician.
When we reach a pre-selected number of musicians, that guitar is retired and there is a concert.

some who knew each other, some who were complete strangers; some who had shared material with each other, some who had only heard recommendations.
These CDs were put together so that the artists got to hear each other's material, bounce ideas off each other,
or just satisfy their curiosity as to what other like-minded people are getting up to?
A few years of good fun. $talker Records compiled and produced the CDs till november 2006.
