About me
I am a tenured assistant professor (équivalent maitre de conférences) at Ecole Polytechnique, in the department of applied mathematics. I am part of the CMAP.
Reasearch interests
I am mainly interested in the study of nonlinear partial differential equations and dynamical systems, both from an analytical and a numerical point of view. I particularly enjoy problems where both approaches can be combined, leading to computer-assisted proofs. If you are unfamiliar with computer-assisted proofs and curious to know what this is about, you can have a look at the first chapter of my habilitation manuscript, which contains a gentle introduction to (some kind of) computer-assisted proofs in analysis.
Former positions
I spent my doctoral studies both at the ENS Cachan and Unversité Laval (Canada), under the co-supervision of Laurent Desvillettes and Jean-Philippe Lessard. I defended my PhD thesis, entilted "Partial differential equations and dynamical systems applied to problems coming from physics and biology", on July 10, 2017, at ENS Cachan.
I was then a postdoc at the Technical University of Munich, where I worked in the group of Christian Kuehn.
