The Domaine is situated 15 min. by car. from the sea, 10 km from Béziers, near the TGV station and the motorways A9 and A75, 1 hour from several airports and 11/2km from the village of Villeneuve les Béziers, with its shops and restaurants.

Charming Country House in the Languedoc, near the Mediterranean Sea
This magnificent 19th-century, Country House, known as "La Grande Maison" in the Domaine de Maussac is still a family property. You can rent the whole or part of the property, for 12 people maximum, with a garden of 5000 m2 and a swimming pool. It would suit amateurs of old houses or large families. The rooms are spacious and charming. .
The house is under renovation. The kitchen, 4 bedrooms, the bathroom, the shower room, 2 WCs and the electricity have been renovated recently. The other rooms still remain to be renovated but they are clean and comfortable.
Weekly rates and booking for 2023:
The visitor's tax is included in the price
Low season (May-June / September-October) 1100 € (incl. tax)
High season (July – August): 1800 € (incl. tax)
Possibility to rent part of the house a t a preferential rate.
Booking :25% of the price is payable on confirmation of booking (in case of cancellation this amount will not be refunded).
On arrival the rest of the price has to be paid together with a security deposit of 200€.

Other possibilities:
The Domaine de Maussac also has available to rent a house, known "l'Oustal" classified 2-star property by the Office de Tourisme, for 6 people, situated in the grounds of the old family wineyard.
The 2 houses can be rented together or separately.
