MaupinFest Vendor Info 2024
● Booth Fee is $25.00 for one (1) 12’ x12’ booth (non-refundable). You may rent more than one booth. Food vendor’s booth fee is $50.00 for one (1) 12’x12’ booth (non-refundable). Please note that this is a rain or shine event.
○ Please send payment via Venmo at @Maupin-Fest or mail a check or cash to 539 Coopertown Road Unionville, TN 37180.
● Food Vendors are responsible for meeting all State Health Department requirements.
● You cannot transfer your booth to another party without express permission from the show management.
● Exhibitors must furnish tents, tables, chairs, and display equipment.
● Exhibitors will be responsible for the collection and reporting of Tennessee State Sales tax (9.75%).
● Exhibitors must leave the booth area in the same condition in which it was found.
● Please note that electricity is not available. Quiet generators are allowed but will not be provided.
Set-Up Information
● Vendors should be set up by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 20th. This is one hour prior to the first 10:00 a.m. show.
● Food Vendors are expected to remain up and open the entire day of the event.
● Non-food vendors are expected to remain up and open through Saturday evening.
All vendors are asked to advertise MaupinFest on their business social media pages.
