Rates

Low Season : May 1 - Nov. 14

$250/night (4 night minimum) plus cleaning and tax .

High Season: Nov. 15 - April 30

$350/night (4 night minimum) plus cleaning and tax.

Rates are for 4 people . Additional charge of $20/nt/person, maximum 2 more people.

10% discount on stays of 21 nights or more.

Bookings do not need to be in 1-week increments.

Cleaning charge is $250 . Cleaning charge is waived for stays of 14 nights or more. Cleaning is only provided at checkout.

18.21% Hawaii state tax is additional.

$200 refundable damage/reservation deposit due within two weeks of booking. Final payment due three weeks prior to trip. Payment required in US Dollars with US check, money order, direct deposit, or credit card through PayPal or Venmo.
