(with thanks to Zichen Liu) One way to produce LaTeX documents which are more readable on a mobile phone or tablet is changing the documentclass to \documentclass[a6paper,12pt]{article} and adding \usepackage[margin=2mm]{geometry} to the preamble. For other ideas, see
