Please read this carefully before using the application.

1. License

The following terms of service and end user license agreement (“EULA”) constitute an agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and yorikYL (“Licensor”). By installing and/or using Math Formulas Vec ("Application") or https://sites.google.com/site/mathformulasvec/ web site (“Site”), you are agreeing to be bound by this EULA, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use this Application and/or access the Site.

2. Use

You are granted non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited right and license to install and use this Application solely and exclusively for your personal non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA. The Application is licensed, not sold. The materials contained in this Application are protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not: (i) modify, reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the Application; (ii) create any derivative works or other works that are based upon or derived from the Application and/or its content in whole or in part; (iii) transfer or share the Application and/or any content that may be presented in the Application for any purpose without written permission from Licensor.

You agree that you are solely responsible (and that Licensor has no responsibility to you or to any third party) for your use of the Application and/or the Site, any breach of your obligations under the EULA, and for the consequences of any such breach.

4. Termination

Licensor may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this EULA without prior notice. This EULA will terminate automatically without prior notice if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this EULA. Upon such termination, you agree to immediately stop all use of the Application and destroy all copies of the Application in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS APPLICATION AND THE SITE ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON INFRINGEMENT, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FURTHER, LICENSOR DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE AS TO THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, PERFORMANCE, COMPLETENESS OR SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TEXT, GRAPHICS, LINKS OR OTHER MATERIALS CONTAINED WITHIN THE APPLICATION AND/OR THE SITE, AND YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCH INFORMATION AND MATERIALS MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TECHNICAL, TYPOGRAPHICAL OR GRAPHICAL ERRORS, AND WE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR ANY SUCH INACCURACIES OR ERRORS. The provisions of this section 5 shall survive the termination of this license howsoever caused.

6. Limitations of liability

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD LICENSOR HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND EXPENSES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR ACTS AND OMISSIONS TO ACT IN USING THE APPLICATION AND/OR THE SITE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS EULA OR YOUR BREACH OF THE EULA.

IN NO EVENT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, ACCESS, USE OR INABILITY TO USE OF THE APPLICATION AND/OR THE SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, DEVICE FAILURE OR MALFUNCTIONS, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, OR PECUNIARY LOSS, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSION APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. The provisions of this section 6 shall survive the termination of this license howsoever caused.

7. Changes to this EULA

Licensor reserves the right to change this EULA at any time without notice. By continuing to access or use the Application and/or the Site after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Application and/or the Site.

8. Consent to Use of Data

By using this Application and/or the Site, you understand and agree that we may collect and use some data and related information as part of the product support, including, but not limited to, technical information about your device, system, software and peripherals.
