Antonio Mastrogiorgio is a scholar in organization science. He is currently assistant Professor, with the italian qualificaton of Associate Professor, and the Director of the Master of Organization and HR Management at the Univeristy of Rome "Unitelma Sapienza".

He has conducted research activities in several universites including the University of Bologna, LUISS Guido Carli, University of l'Aquila, University of Chieti-Pescara and the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca. He has been involved in academic teaching, as Adjunct Professor, at the John Cabot Univeristy. He was Visiting Scholar at the Carnegie Mellon University (USA) and at the KLI (Austria). He holds a PhD from the University of Bologna (Italy).
