Conferences

I am on the Board of the Asia-Pacific Trade Seminars (APTS) and, until 2023, I co-organised, with Frank Stähler and Beno Heid, the Australasian Trade Workshop (ATW). 

Both of these are itinerant, regional, trade-oriented conferences and you are encouraged to submit and/or attend their annual meetings!  The ATW was held at James Cook University in Cairns in 2023 and has been held most recently at the University of Canterbury, NZ (online, 2022), RMIT in Melbourne (2019), Auckland (2018), QUT (2017), the University of Adelaide (2016), the University of Sydney (2015), Curtin University (2014), the University of Melbourne (2013), the University of New South Wales (2012), the University of Adelaide (2011), the ANU (2010) and the University of Otago (2004-9).  The APTS was last at Deakin University and previously was at the University of Tokyo in Japan  (2022 online and 2019); lately it has been at HKUST in Hong Kong (2018), FTU in Hanoi (2017), TNU in Taiwan (216), the ANU (2015), Sogang University, Seoul (2014), Southeast University, Nanjing (2013), Singapore Management University (2012), University of Hawaii - Manoa (2011), Osaka University (2010), the University of Hong Kong (2009) and the University of Sydney (2008).
