I am a Senior Economist in the Economic Research and Development Impact Department (ERDI) of the Asian Development Bank and an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics of the Université de Sherbrooke (Québec), on academic leave since 2023, a Research Fellow at CIREQ and a Researcher at CIRANO. My research interests are in Development Economics, Environment Economics, and Resource Economics.
I am the list manager for the Environmental and Resource Economics Network, ResEcon, supported by AERE, which brings together over 2,000 environmental and resource economists . Subscribe and contribute to the mailing list!
I co-organized the Montréal Workshop on Natural Resources and the Environment and I have been a member of the executive board of the Canadian Resource and Environmental Economics Association (CREEA) from 2018 to 2019.
