Photos & Illustrations

When I'm not absorbed in my research and teaching I love to explore and photograph fascinating microcosmos and landscapes . In the links below I have posted galleries with examples of my photographs that I have taken with a Canon Powershot G7 & G7X, and Canon EOS 60D & 80D. I am still perfecting my photography, so I will be updating the galleries. A selection of the invertebrates I have photographed I have also illustrated using pen and ink stippling. While I find both these hobbies relaxing they also are a great way to take the time and observe behaviors and morphology.
