I'm Marion, currently a Policy Analyst at the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission.
I am an economist specialising in behavioural science, supporting evidence-informed policymaking.
I use behavioural research and applied methods to inform or improve policy outcomes by understanding decision-making and designing, testing and scaling interventions.
I work primarily on environmental challenges, including biodiversity, climate change, energy use, water consumption and waste sorting.
I'm part of the JRC which is the Research Department of the European Commission that provides independent scientific evidence to support EU policies.
Within the JRC, I'm part of the EU Policy Lab, a space for cross-disciplinary exploration and innovation in policymaking. It gathers three teams: Foresight, Design for Policy and Behavioural Insights.
I'm part of the Behavioural Insights team. We support policies by providing evidence on human behaviour.
