Fundamentals of Oceanography

The "Fundamentals of Oceanography" course for Summer Interns is scheduled for 17th to 31st May 2010. There shall be 31 lectures by our scientists followed by 90 minutes objective test. The supervisors of summer interns who wish to register their students may send the name of the student to vkkumar@nio.org for registering in advance or ask their students register through e-mail.

Total capacity of the class room is 40. Therefore, 30 seats are for Summer Interns and 10 for our research scholars who wish to attend. The registration shall be on first-come-first basis. It is mandatory for the registered students to attend all the classes and appear for the test, without which certificate shall not be issued.
