Composition Consultations

Methods of Study:

Individual Consultation Lessons:

These can be booked in advance. An initial lesson involves listening to work already produced, whether in early stages or completed, performed at the piano. An appraisal will be given, and if wished, a further course of study set.

Please note: applications must come with agreement from the student's piano teacher so that we can work together.

Group Lessons:

In certain circumstances, it may be possible for students from outside my own piano practice to attend my composer groups and concerts, provided they have taken consultation lessons with me.

Exams:

It is possible to study and enter for graded composition exams. More information can be provided on request.

Fees:

30 min. individual consultation: £18.50

Group lesson: £6
