Hourly Ice cream Attendant

Job Description:

Follow established recipes for preparing ice cream treats, have the ability to speak loud and clearly, prepare multiple orders at once while monitoring the mobile order options for timely delivery and operate a cash register. Must be a self-starter. Ensure that each customer interaction meets Margie's 901 standards of quality. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as a team is also a must. Clean and restock serving and dining area, while maintaining a sanitary work station. Those with availability for weekends (Friday -Sunday) and through the week will receive priority in employment consideration.

Shift Leader

Job Description:

The Shift leader directs other employees through their daily routines and interacts with customers to make sure that they have a satisfactory experience. Shift leaders act as quality control, by ensuring employees are properly trained and adhere to company policy.

The shift leader is responsible for making sure that the employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing customers order, serving, stocking supplies, operating the register (handling cash and credit cards) and mobile ordering tablets, cleaning tables and counters, greeting customers, and answering questions about our products. The shift leader will also open and/or close the store and make Ice cream & treats. Shift leaders report directly to the manager and store owner. Must be 18 or older with reliable transportation and able Sunday- Saturday between the hours of 9 a.m.-12 a.m according to season.
