I am Head of the Monetary Policy Unit in the Economic Outlook and Monetary Policy Directorate of Banca d'Italia.

I coordinate a team analysing euro area monetary policy, including its tools, stance, strategy, and communication.

My research is in empirical macroeconomics and monetary economics, with a focus on monetary policy and fiscal policy.
