Pun Fun Birthday Rocket

Using Water Color Pencils I colored in the rocket with a blender pen.

2008 Calendar

Using a piece of cardboard (size cut - 12" x 8.5", folded to 6" x 8.5") from a package of DP I created this calendar. The DP is Ginger Blossom. I accented it with Fire Rhinestone circle brads.

Embrace Life

This card was created with Ginger Blossom DP. The flower was stamped on watercolor paper & then watercolored. This card measures 5.5" x 5.5".

Embrace Life Long Note

Such a pretty stamp set that is even more beautiful with GLITTER!!! The words were stamped on the inside and using the word window punch I created a view window on the front.

Calendar CD Jewel Case - Side View

The bottom portion has been decorated with Ginger Blossom and Certainly Celery DP. I will add a piece of cardstock with all my family birthdays - a nice reminder for those who can't remember.

For Father Stamp Set

Grid Technique - can you believe that the color of the cardstock (orignally) was white? After scoring, brayering (in close to cocoa) stamping the image, spritzing with the spritzer tool and finally embossing, this is what appeared

For Father

This card was created using Water colour pencils and a blender pen. I love the way the pencils blend. In order to ensure that the image doesn't run, I stamped with black stazon ink. The photo corners were made with the 3/4" and 1/4" square punches

Garden Whimsey - Rock and Roll

I used the simple yet effective "rock and roll"technique to give the butterfly a 2-toned effect.

TWS - Stamp a Stack

While playing, I came across this great idea by another demo. The paper in the background is actually the packing paper that we receive our orders in. Why not reuse? It was FREE! The DP is Ginger Blossom.

TWS - Stamp a Stack

This card features the slot punch scallop edge and the buttons with linen thread. I brushed the ends of the linen thread to make it look almost like hair!

Bloomin' Beautiful Thank You

Good old "poppin' pastels".Such and easy but beautiful technique. Using Bloomin' Beautiful I stamped the flower in versamark and then daubed pastel chalk over top.

Bloomin' Beautiful

The collection was created with the Bloomin' Beautiful stamp set and Afternoon Tea DP

Light Unto My Path

I stamped the light house in sahara sand and then shaded the areas with ballet blue marker

Emerging Colors

This card was made by stamping Tres Chic background in Groovy Gauva, The flowers were versamarked and embossed with clear EP. Purely Pom, Groovy Guava and River Rock were brayered over top and wiped off to reveal the words underneath.

TWS - Stamp a Stack

This card features the Scallop Punch and eyelets on the corners.

Home Made Designer Paper

Starting with Pretty in Pink cardstock, I stamped Stitched Exotics in Purely Pom and then in White Craft ink. In retrospect, I should have embossed the white to make it "pop".

Priceless

Lovin' the colors. The designer paper is from Flowers for You

Zoofari Film Strip- A Little Behind

I had a couple of techniques that I have been wanting to do, so I combined them into one - film strip and the "little behind" idea. The inside of the card says, "Happy Belated Birthday". I thought this was sooo cute when I saw it that I had to show you.

TWS - Stamp a Stack

Isn't the pink gingham ribbon pretty?

Bloomin' Beautiful 3D

I was inspired by a recent Stamp It magazine and created this card. The flower is on the inside of the card,.

Dry Embossing

Jolliest Time - Painted Santa

I love the effect that the white acrylic paint gives this card. Santa must me stamped in Stazon in order for the image to show up. Santa was colored with markers

Jolliest Time

This card was created using Water colour pencils and a blender pen. I love the way the pencils blend. The garland was created with 2-way glue and Cosmo Glitter.
