Objectives and Purpose

The Maple Valley Homeowners Association was founded around 1991. Its objectives and purpose are:

to promote the general welfare of all homeowners.
to facilitate neighborly relationships between all homeowners.
to help homeowners in understanding and using their privileges, as well as their obligations.
