The Maple Valley HOA board of directors
wants your opinion!
When the Maple Valley Homeowners Association was formed in the early 1990’s the annual meeting of the association was set by the by-laws to “be held on the First Thursday of October, in each year, at 7:00 o’clock, p.m. of said day.” This by-law has not changed in the years since the adoption of the by-laws. However, there were times when the exact date could not be met so the meeting was held on a different date. Previous meetings have been held in churches, restaurants, fire stations, and the Rolling Hills Clubhouse. During Covid and the aftermath of it, no meetings were held at all. In the two most recent years, (2024 and 2025) the meetings have been held outside in April in one of the neighborhood cul-de-sacs.
Please give your Board of Directors input on when you prefer our annual meeting to be held by returning the bottom portion of this notice by mail or the drop box at 405 S Firefly Court, Wichita, KS 67235 or by e-mailing: president@maplevalleyhoa.com or the link to the website is: https://sites.goggle.com/site/maplevalleywichita/. Please contact us with your opinion by the end of the month, February 28, 2026. One vote per household please.
