Member Concerns:
Can we protect against or prevent rentals? Look into changing the by-laws or adding an addendum, grandfathering in existing rentals.
Concerns were raised about people in neighborhood yards late at night. They asked if the city might consider a light to deter activity or patrolling the park. Neighbors are encouraged to call the police if they see anything suspicious.
Decided to forgo a neighborhood garage sale this year due to timing.
All in attendance agreed to the idea of updating our by-laws. Seventy five percent of home need to participate, considered a door to door petition.
All yards need to be maintained.
Considered a possible Neighborhood Night Out.
There were 19 people present.
