Kitchen Inventory

Inventory for the kitchen.  ( Last updated May 2023 ).

The kitchen is equipped  to cater to the needs of our permitted capacity of 100 people so has tables and seating and crockery and cutlery for 100.    
There are plenty of cups, saucers plates and cutlery etc for general hall hirers. 

 And a new set of crockery and cutlery to serve 100 people is available for functions for dinners

Appliances
        Starline washer/steriliser and 4 trays

        New large fridge-freezer.

        2 stoves/ovens,
        1 microwave

        Boiling water dispenser.
        Plenty of bench space
        2 modern sinks.
      All tap water is ultra-violet filtered rain-water.

  Everything you need for for dish-washing and cleaning surfaces is  under the sink and equipment for sweeping and mopping the floors is kept in the tall cupboard at the far end of the kitchen ( left side).
2 wide floor brooms, 1 small broom,
1 dustpan and brush,
a mop and 3 buckets.
An industrial vacuum cleaner is always kept in the small room beside the stage ).

Emergency equipment :
A new First Aid Kit is kept in the cleaning cupboard at the rear of the kitchen. 


Fire Extinguishers ( regularly serviced ) are located beside the (east)side door and on the wall beside the chair storage room at the front of the Hall (interior). 

 There is another large fire extinguisher in the Library above the Librarians desk.
