Study Hall Use
students may use the library, including the computer lab, during the designated periods posted daily on the library doors
students must sign in on the designated attendance computers at the beginning of the period
the media center is limited to 25 students per study hall period
students may hold their seat by taking a library pass to use the restroom/go to lockers/etc. up to one minute after the bell rings
after the bell rings, students are permitted 2 hall pass uses per semester to leave the library
the library is a silent working study hall
table seating is limited to four students per table in the main library, two students per table in the computer lab area
following the release of quarterly grades, students with one or more failing grades will not be permitted to use the library until they show improvement at the next quarter
students that cannot follow library study hall policies will be removed at the discretion of library staff and not be permitted to return
Computer Lab Use
students must sign in on the designated clipboard prior to using any computer in the library
students are responsible for logging in and out of all web applications, including Google, while they are using the computer
computer use is limited to school work, projects, and college/career research
misuse of computers, software applications, or websites is prohibited and can lead to disciplinary action
students must supply their own headphones for watching or listening to materials for class. Listening to music is not permitted.
