David Crewe’s play for local ABC radio, “On Cotton Tree Beach” was a great success complete with wonderful sound effects which included the sound of an old aircraft, being provided by Reg Darwell’s own plane.
Because of its success, ABC radio is looking at presenting more radio plays at a future date.
