A systematic routine is good for wellbeing.
Time management is essential for an efficient running of day today activities, which also has collateral implication on health and wellbeing. While every one understands the importance of time management many find it difficult to follow it in practice. I have herewith devised a very fundamental and basic principles of 24 hrs., time management which is meant for anyone who is currently facing difficulty in managing their daily routine and consequently suffer from stress. While one formula cannot fit all as people vary in their personalities, I have devised two general personality stages, which I believe will associate with majority of the population. These stages are based on the optimal sleep duration, life style and work patterns compatible with any individual (see figure below for details).
Have these charts designed and tailored to your individual requirement and follow them to bring in efficiency and improve quality of your life.
Please feel free to contact me at mak2012se@gmail.com if you would like to discuss further and gain more insight into specifics of the time management shown above.
