We provide as much information about the properties as we can; however, please feel free to contact Mai via Zillow for additional information and viewing appointment.

Do you accept pets? Small cats are acceptable with Pet Agreement, Pet fee and Pet deposit.
What do I need to apply? You need a completed and signed rental application, CA ID or drivers license, social security card, the last two months bank statements and pay stubs. Monthly income must be at least 3 times the amount of rent. All applicants 18 years or older must complete an application. There is a $75 non-refundable application fee for the cost of processing the application for each applicant. Application fee can be paid via Zelle or cash only.
