All Plungers, Chickens, and Chili Chefs are encouraged to participate in the Costume Contest. This Contest is judged solely by Special Olympics Athletes!
Pre-registered contestants who submit $50.00 registration fee will receive a souvenir Polar Plunge t-shirt!
