Head of household must be 62 years of age or older; OR disabled (no age requirement if head of household is disabled )

Previous landlord and personal references will be required.  Negative references may result in denial of an apartment.

Verification process:
All income and assets require verification. Applicant will be asked to sign release forms to enable verification by appropriate agencies.
