Be careful when reading the calendar. There are varsity, JV, and freshman matches. If a match says nothing, it is JV and varsity. All other matches should be specified somewhere as far as the level.
Click on the link above to view the practice and game calendar. The times of the games on this calendar are what time the match is scheduled to begin. It may be the varsity match, it may be the JV match. Most schools play their varsity match first followed by the JV match. Some schools though choose to play the JV match first. All home games will be varsity first.

Sterling wins 2013 Frank McAleer Memorial Tournament at Eastern High School
For the first time in school history, the Sterling girls volleyball team won the championship of the Frank McAleer Memorial Tournament. Sterling went 7 - 1 in pool play against Williamstown (2 - 0), Cherry Hill East (1 - 1), Moorestown (2 - 0), and Camden Catholic (2 - 0). This earned the team the #1 seed in the Blue Pool. The Lady Knights earned a first round bye and met up with Williamstown in the semi-finals earning a 25 - 16 victory pitting them against the #1 seed from the White Pool, Cherokee for the championship of the tournament. The Lady Knights dug themselves into a huge early hole to Cherokee falling behind 14 - 3 before catching fire. Emily Kriebel keyed the comeback with an 8 point service run pulling the Knights to a 20 - 20 tie. Sterling would capitalize on their third match point and win the game 27 - 25 when Lohi Naone-Carter blocked Cherokee's best hitter. Congratulations to all the Lady Knights as everyone contributed in some way to this amazing day!!
Sterling Girls Volleyball team earns second place in the 2013 Cherokee Spiketacular!!
It is the highest finish at the tournament in Sterling volleyball history. The girls went 8 - 0 in morning pool play before beating Rancocas Valley and Absegami in the playoffs. We lost to Cherokee in the championship match.
Congratulations to Emily Kriebel for earning the tournament MVP!!!

2013 Moorestown Tip-Off Classic
Sterling goes 5 - 1 in morning pool play before losing in the quarterfinals to eventual tournament Hillsborough 27 - 24. The girls played great and the tournament was a great warm-up for what hopes to be another amazing season!
