Important 2015 Race Day Information

NUMBER PICK-UP/REGISTRATION: Early packet pick-up will be held on Saturday, March 21 from 1-4pm in the Members Lounge at Hibernian Hall. Race Day pick-up and registration will open at 9am in the Upper Hall. Same day registration will be available. Save yourself some time by stopping in on Saturday or give yourself ample time on Sunday morning to pick up your materials. Please note that race jerseys are given to the first 800 registered and size requests are filled to the best of our ability based on stock. Online registration will be open until Saturday morning.

PARKING: The parking lot on Federal St. will be opened at 8:45am and should be accessed from Western Ave, Route 107. Parking is limited due to remaining snow banks. There is also additional parking at the following nearby schools: Tracy School, Fallon School, and Drewicz School. Carpooling is encouraged.

SAFETY: The City of Lynn and DPW has worked diligently to fill winter potholes on the race route, but please watch your footing throughout. The route will be staffed will Lynn Police and volunteers, but the roadways will still be open to traffic, so please be mindful of passing cars. Those walking/running with strollers and/or children on foot are asked to line up in the back of the corral on Waterhill St.

POST-RACE FESTIVITIES: Awards will be announced in the Upper Hall at approximately 12pm and will be given to the following categories: Top 3 Overall Male and Female, Top 3 Youth Male and Female (under 13), Top 3 AOH and LAOH Members, and Top 5 BEST Costumes! All are invited to join us for live entertainment, raffles, refreshments, and other vendors in the Upper Hall. Cash bar and food for purchase will also be available. Live Irish Music from Tobin & Lahey can be heard in the Members Lounge from 1-4pm.
