The top 4 teams will make the playoffs. The first round will be a best of three series with 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3. The winners of the two series will play another best of three series for the championship.
Lehigh Valley Youth Legion will get three teams in the regional playoffs. The league voted that the top record in the regular season will automatically get one of the regional playoff spots. If the regular season champion is also playing the championship playoff series then there will be a three game series for the two teams eliminated from the league playoffs in round one to determine the third regional team.
