My scientific activity has mainly been related to the wellposedness of initial boundary value problems. Nevertheless, my research interests span a variety of areas in differential equations of continuum mechanics. In particular,

and their interconnection with other fields such as electromagnetism and electrochemistry.

Crossdisciplinarity seminars

My interests focus in mathematical models on biomechanics, medical biophysics, and thermal therapies from biomedical engineering. Other interest deals with the connections between the contemporary architecture/aesthetics and mathematics.
