About me

I am currently a postdoctoral fellow of the British Academy at the ICN (UCL), working on the cognitive processes related to metacognition, introspection of decisions, freedom of choice and action awareness.

I have worked with Patrick Haggard in the Action and Body Research Group on volition and metacognition. Before that, I worked with Nick Yeung at Oxford University studying the dynamics and neural substrate of metacognition and error-detection, using behavioural and fMRI techniques.

I did my PhD in Unicog lab in Neurospin, France under the supervision of Stanislas Dehaene where I studied the link between metacognition and consciousness, in the particular case of error detection, using MEEG.

Since June 2019, I have been the Executive Director of the Association for the Scientific Study of Consciousness.
