I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics of Masaryk University (Brno, Czechia).
I will be moving to the Università degli Studi di Bergamo, for a position as Assistant Prof (RTT), on tenure track (Bergamo, Italy)
Secondary affiliations: I am an IZA and GLO Fellow, J-PAL Invited researcher, and HEDG Affiliate. I am a member of the Masaryk University Experimental Economics Laboratory (MUEEL).
Research interests: Labour, health, education economics. My research core focuses on two broad topics: discrimination in the marketplace (e.g., labour, rental housing, service markets), and effects of age at school entry on various outcomes. I am specialized in designing field experiments. I am also involved in a few meta-science studies.
My research has appeared in journals such as American Journal of Health Economics, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Economic Behavior & Organization, with a forthcoming paper on Journal of Economic Literature.
